The Debt Solvency Group (DSI) is not a Credit Counseling Agency or a Law Firm soliciting legal advice and or bankruptcy assistance. Therefore DSI cannot represent you in an attorney capacity for those matters.
DSI is a National Debt Mediation Firm (Consumer Advocates) assisting debtors with financial hardships such as Judgments and Garnishments. DSI cannot guarantee creditors will agree, follow or accept our recommendations and or resolutions concerning a financial hardship. However; DSI will engage in creditor mediation and act as liaison between debtor and creditor to mediate an alternative solution to collections and or legal actions implemented by creditors.
DSI will act in good faith at all times while administering the debt mediation service and will disclose all facts, information and processes used to assist a debtor, favorable or not favorable. Therefore any debtor (consumer) utilizing The Debt Solvency Group's debt mediation service will hold The Debt Solvency Group harmless if any creditor mediation resolution is not favorable to the debtor.
Refund Process - all refund request are reviewed and processed within 15 days. We do not honor refund request following document processing.
