We are a team of Debt Resolution Experts, Creditor Negotiators and Financial Consultants with more than 25 years of experience in assisting consumers (debtors) with financial hardships. Our core responsibilities are helping debtors stop creditor legal actions such as, wage garnishments and judgments. We are not a consumer credit counseling agency or a debt attorney.
We only work for the consumer, never the creditor. We are not concerned with creditor policies or guidelines when it pertains to assisting a debtor with a financial hardship. We show the creditor why it's in their best interest to accept our terms with helping a debtor become financially solvent.
We don't charge unnecessary fees like most attorneys; we purposely set our fee very low to accommodate any debtor with a financial hardship. We understand that most consumers who contact us are financially stressed and therefore cannot afford to take on any additional expenses, we are a Consumer Advocate Group.
