The Debt Solvency Group (hereinafter referred to as DSI) is not a Credit Counseling or Debt Settlement firm. DSI is not a Law Firm soliciting legal advice and or bankruptcy assistance. Therefore DSI cannot represent you in an attorney capacity for those matters.

DSI is a group of Financial Debt Analyst and Creditor Mediation Experts (Consumer Advocates) assisting debtors nationwide with financial hardships. DSI can not guarantee creditors will agree, follow or accept our recommendations and or resolutions concerning a consumer's financial hardship contained in the Financial Hardship Package. However; the DSI Financial Hardship Package will facilitate the debtor and creditor negotiations in order to reach an alternative solution to collections and or legal actions implemented by creditors.

DSI will act in good faith at all times while providing debt mediation information and will disclose all facts, information and processes used to assist a debtor, favorable or not favorable. Therefore; any registered debtor will hold The Debt Solvency Group harmless if any creditor mediation resolution is not favorable to the debtor.
