About Us
We are a team of Financial Debt Analyst, Creditor Negotiators and Debt Resolution Experts with more than 20 years of experience in assisting consumers (debtors) with financial hardships. Our core responsibilities are helping debtors stop creditor legal processes such as, wage garnishments and judgments. We are not a consumer credit counseling agency or a debt settlement company.
We only work for the consumer, never the creditor. We are not concerned with creditor policies or guidelines when it pertains to assisting a debtor with a financial hardship. We show the creditor why it's in their best interest to accept our terms with helping a debtor become financially solvent.
We don't charge unnecessary fees like most attorneys; we purposely set the fee for our Financial Hardship Package very low to accommodate any debtor's limited resources. We understand that most consumers who contact us are financially stressed and therefore cannot afford to take on any additional expenses.
